10,000 posts!

It's taken nearly 5 years and a lot of work, but this milestone for this blog has now been reached.  What began as a sounding board for a variety of topics was focused after the first year on creating an archive of world transport subjects - primarily in developed countries, but not ignoring the rest.  This reflects the theme of our retail business since 1985. Obviously personal interest and experience influence the choice of topics.

Congratulations on your milestone; yours is a remarkably eclectic site. I particularly like the high quality reproductions of the old posters and I've often wondered where you source them?

Mostly from public and private libraries and auction sites. We often restore the pictures with Photoshop.
